Covid-19 Clinical Trial

Covid-19 study 

For the Month April, May, June,  I've been asked to assist a rapidly developing study center with the planning and management of a major COVID-19 (+1000 participants) clinical trial, for a local CRO. 

Site support planning and coaching in clinical trials are among the responsibilities. Services included coordination of the data-entry team towards a succesfull efficacy snap, coordination of participants visits, coaching on the job of the team's own project leads. 

I also worked on improvement of the consistency and efficiency of the clinical study site by communicating with the remote team / CRAs.
